Endocrinology services in regional South Australia
A number of our Regional Diabetes Services have a visiting endocrinologist or have access to a visiting specialist physician, providing high-quality specialist diabetes services. Services can be provided on site, at a nearby location, via Healthdirect or via telephone link.
If you’d like to consider a medical appointment closer to home, please speak with your GP or current specialist about being referred to a regional medical endocrinologist or specialist physician, or contact the Rural Support Service, Advanced Nurse Consultant, Diabetes Service on Health.DiabetesService@sa.gov.au.
