Community Rehabilitation Centres (CRCs) in Adelaide

A stay at the centre can be up to 6 months. During this time, people are helped to create an individual rehabilitation program with the support of  CRC staff. This support continues when people leave.

People can also ask their carers to be involved in delivering care.

People aged 18 to 65 years who are willing to work on strategies to self-manage the impact of illness, with the support of CRC staff, are eligible for this service.
