National Outcomes and Casemix Collection (NOCC) - Adult/Older Person refresher program

The National Outcomes and Casemix Collection (NOCC) - Adult/Older Person program will provide an understanding of:

understanding of the National Outcomes and Casemix Collection Data Collection Protocol
development of skills in the completion of the standard measures
application of these measures to clinical practice and casemix.

The National mental health Outcomes and Casemix Collection (NOCC) is a part of routine clinical practice across Australian Mental Health Services. See also NOCC CAMHS/Youth offered through Australian Mental Health Outcomes and Classification Network (AMHOCN).

Facilitated by Mental Health Education Hub SA.

Target audience

An intermediate course for all mental health clinicians.

Prerequisites

Satisfactory completion of the Mental Health National Outcomes and Casemix Collection (NOCC) - Adult/Older Persons program, offered through AMHOCN.

Course length and delivery method

3 ½ hours.

Available by Zoom or face to face

Outcomes

The refresher training program assumes prior training and will cover:

a refresher of the HoNOS and relevant tools, LSP-16, K10 and an overview of the Phase of Care
routine outcome measures and their use in care planning and review.

An administration fee of $25.00 will apply to all participants if you do not attend without notice on the day, or cancel within 24 hours of the course commencing.

Relevant completion documentation is required at time of submission.

The Mental Health Education Hub SA does not maintain waiting lists.
