There are exciting opportunities available within the Southern Adelaide Health Network (SALHN) Division of Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care.
We invite you to come and work in our division and become part of our enthusiastic and dedicated multidisciplinary team.
We will be operationalising a 24 bed Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) Ward located at the Repat Health Precinct. We are looking for a team of nurses, both registered and enrolled, as well as a team of Allied Health in varied disciplines.
If you have experience in sub-acute care, dementia, and restorative care we welcome you to apply. Likewise, you may have a strong interest/passion in older people, complimented with acute care skills – we would encourage you also to apply.
