The Statewide Gambling Therapy Service (SGTS) is a free, effective and confidential service that helps gamblers overcome their addiction and get control of their lives.
Cognitive behavioural therapies are used to help people gradually face situations and feelings that make them want to gamble.
In addition to tackling these issues, therapists also assess and treat other related mental health problems such as depression and anxiety.
