About the Repat Health Precinct

The Repat Health Precinct (Repat) was established during World War 2 as the Adelaide Military Hospital where it was a thriving as a hospital until its temporary closure in 2017.

In 2018, it was announced that the site would be undergo redevelopment and refurbishment to turn the site into a thriving health precinct providing a range of health and wellbeing services.

The site has undergone significant construction and is now open to the community with a town square, café and playground established for patients, families, and the community to utilise. There is also a newly built accessible sports stadium, refurbished Schools Patriotic Fund (SPF) Hall, meeting room and hydrotherapy pool that can be hired by the community.
