Regional Diabetes Specialist Nurses

Exciting opportunities for Diabetes Specialist Nurses now exist to work for SA Health in one of our 24 diabetes service sites in regional South Australia. We’re looking for registered nurses (RNs) and midwives (RMs) with various levels of experience to come and grow with us.
Experience the country lifestyle, from island and coastal communities to towns spanning the Adelaide Hills, Eyre Peninsula, Flinders Ranges, Limestone Coast or the Riverland.
You’ll receive:
- support from the regional diabetes services and guidance from the dedicated Rural Support Service
- the opportunity to negotiate part-time or full-time hours
- ongoing learning and development from our regional-wide diabetes service teams
- support to work towards and achieve Australian Diabetes Educator Association recognition as a credentialled diabetes educator.
You’ll assist us with:
- providing expert clinical care and support to all people living with diabetes, working together with multi-disciplinary teams to give care that’s evidence-based
- delivering high-quality diabetes services.
Your qualification? If you’re a registered nurse or midwife with a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration we’d love to hear from you!
