SA Health Biennial Supplier Conference

The 2025 SA Health Supplier Conference was held on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, at the Adelaide Convention Centre. With the theme Partnering for Impact: Supplying a Healthier South Australia, this year’s conference brought together suppliers, SA Health leaders, and procurement specialists for a day of insights, collaboration, and networking.

Plenary program

The plenary program featured a series of engaging and thought-provoking sessions, including:

two panel discussions exploring AI in healthcare and priorities and opportunities across SA Health procurement
two ESG case studies showcasing outstanding initiatives
a practical presentation on how to succeed in the tender process
additional presentations from SA Health leaders on spending, projects and progress.

Meet the Buyer

The always-popular Meet the Buyer sessions returned this year. Suppliers were able to book dedicated 15-minute appointments with procurement specialists and decision-makers. It was fantastic to see so many participants leave with the answers they were seeking.

Exhibition spaces

Exhibition spaces were in high demand, with all spots selling out. More than 90 suppliers showcased their products, services, and innovations, creating a vibrant space for learning, engagement, and meaningful business connections throughout the day.

The SA Health Supplier Awards recognise suppliers who demonstrate exceptional performance and support SA Health in delivering high-quality healthcare across South Australia.
