Partnering with our community to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities and region.

CONSULTATION OPEN: Have your say regarding the development of a regional Clinical Services Plan
The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is commencing planning for the future of health services across our region with the development of a Clinical Services Plan (the CSP).

The CSP will provide a 10 year roadmap to support the LCLHN to better meet the health needs of all Limestone Coast communities and will act as the key plan for what, where and how we deliver hospital and community services across the region in the coming years.
We will involve our clinicians, staff and volunteers, our consumers, carers and communities, and our service partners and external stakeholders throughout the process.
Broad consultation will commence in the week beginning 24 February 2025 with face-to-face meetings across the region. There is also an online survey that you can undertake at your convenience.
To find out more, including how you can inform and influence the development of the CSP, download a copy of the Clinical Services Plan Community Consultation Fact Sheet (PDF 531KB).

The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) manages the delivery of public hospital services and other community based health services as determined by the state government for the Limestone Coast region.

Our vision is to be a trusted leader and partner in the provision of safe, high-quality, progressive, consumer directed care and services.
