All after-hours calls are diverted to the on call Clinical Practice Consultant, who will assess your needs. They will provide advice or request to that you attend the clinic, either immediately or at an agreed time.
If you are not able to be treated on site and require a higher level of care than can be provided at the clinic, you will be transferred to another facility. How you are transferred will depend on the level of and urgency of the care that you require. Transfer arrangements will be made by the Clinical Practice Consultant.

Allied Health specialists visit on a regular basis. Appointments are made by referral to the Flinders and Upper North Community Health Service.

A fortnightly visiting GP service is available on Mondays, with bookings made through the clinic.
If a public holiday occurs on Monday, the clinic will be held on Tuesday.
Visiting pharmacy services are available at the clinic on Mondays and Thursdays. If a public holiday occurs on Monday, the service will be available on Tuesday.
