To help slow the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) visitor restrictions have been put in place.

In all health settings a surgical face mask will be required. However, in some settings such as high-risk settings with vulnerable patients, visitors may also need to wear additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If additional PPE is required for visitors the hospital will provide at ward level.
All persons entering NALHN sites are required to:
> QR code or provide details if unable to QR Code on entry as requested
> Perform hand hygiene on entry
> Maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing.
> Wear a face mask (masks will be available at Concierge and cloth masks are not permitted to be worn at any NALHN site by staff or visitors)

Visitors play an important part in any patient’s hospital stay and are welcome. Visitors are encouraged to visit within the following times:
General wards: 10.00 am to 12:00 pm and 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm daily.
Women’s Health Unit: 8.00 am to 8.00 pm with one support person daily.
Paediatric ward: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm daily.
