The GP Plus Health Care Centre opened in November 2013 and provides a central hub for services across the Mid North community in line with the GP Plus Health Care Strategy and the Australian Government health reform agenda.
Multi-disciplinary services provided include reducing health risk factors, early intervention, chronic disease management; such as diabetes, cardiovascular & respiratory disease and services intended to reduce demand on hospital services.
Paediatric services for children under four years include behavioural and general developmental issues, speech and language development, play skills, gross and fine movement skills and parenting issues.
Most health services are provided at a low cost and some may have eligibility criteria. Services generally will require appointments beforehand but our health information officers can provide general information at any time.

Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays: Closed
Car parking
A 58 space car park is located on the northern side and adjacent to the GP Plus Health Care Centre.
Disabled access
There are four designated disabled access car parks for clients and visitors.
A disabled access ramp is located at the front of the GP Plus Health Care Centre.
