Climate Change and Health Community of Practice (CCHCOP) membership
Membership of the CCHCOP is open to South Australia’s wider healthcare sector including clinical and non-clinical staff from:
- SA Health
- Primary care
- Private hospitals
- Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Organisations
- Community care
- Aged care and disability care services.
The CCHCOP enables collaboration, connection and sharing of evidence and implementation success through online platforms, and optional monthly meetings.
