These platforms offer self-paced online learning programs that deliver skills and knowledge at both foundational and intermediate levels.
Mental Health Professional Online Development is an eLearning website that provides free access to a range of professional development tools and online learning material based on the National Practice Standards for the Mental Health Workforce.
The platform has more than 60 one-hour lessons, videos, audio, checklists and templates. Training covers different mental health topics including recovery, cultural awareness and eating disorders.
It caters to different learning styles, including self-directed learning, hour-long modules, micro-learning to help people learn on the go, and self-assessment tools.
Users can track their activities and earn Continuing Professional Development points.

The National Outcomes and Casemix Collection measures contribute to the development of clinical practice, aiming to improve the quality of care for consumers of Australia’s public sector mental health services.
Outcome measures can assist consumers in considering options for their care, treatment and support the development of a therapeutic relationship between clinicians and consumers.
The Australian Mental Health Outcomes and Classification Network (AMHOCN) provides online training for people working in mental health services about the measures that make up the NOCC.

The Navigating Burnout program has been developed specifically for health professionals to reduce the impact of burnout in a way that is sensitive to the unique challenges they face.
