Resources for end of life follow-up service
DonateLife SA's End of Life Follow-up Service includes the provision of a bereavement pack to support families in their time of grief. This pack includes the booklet "what happens when someone dies in hospital". This booklet has now been translated into a wide range of languages to better support the community. The languages available are:
