The Allied and Scientific Health Office (ASHO) support excellence in allied health research and translation to clinical practice, which is crucial to delivering quality, sustainable health care and evidence-informed practice to South Australians.

Allied Health Research Collaboration Funding

In 2020 and 2021 the University of South Australia (UniSA) and The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) provided research grant funding, in collaboration with the Allied and Scientific Health Office (ASHO) for eligible Allied Health Professionals to undertake clinically focussed collaborative research projects.

A total of 14 projects were funded under this program across 2020 and 2021. For further information about this program, or to learn more about the funded projects please contact health.alliedandscientifichealth@sa.gov.au.
