Workplace Gender Affirmation and Transition Guideline

The Workplace Gender Affirmation and Transition Guideline (PDF 479KB) exists to support the sex or gender affirmation or transition employees within SA Health. All employees have the right to openly be who they are in the workplace. This guideline provides tools and templates to assist employees, their managers, and support individuals.

Applicability

This guideline applies to all employees and contractors of SA Health; that is all employees and contractors of the Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW), Local Health Networks (LHNs) including state-wide services aligned with those Networks and SA Ambulance Service (SAAS).
