The Appointment and Administration of Authorised Officers Policy (PDF 257KB) provides the mandatory requirements in relation to the appointment and administration of authorised officers under legislation committed to the Minister for Health and Wellbeing (the Minister).
Applicability
This policy applies to all employees and contracted staff of SA Health; that is all employees and contracted staff of the Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW), Local Health Networks (LHN) including state-wide services aligned with those Networks and SA Ambulance Service (SAAS).
