Accreditation to Safety and Quality Standards Policy

The Accreditation to Safety and Quality Standards Policy (PDF 484KB) provides the mandatory requirements for SA Health services to be assessed and accredited against the applicable national safety and quality standards to ensure the provision of safe and high-quality services.

Applicability

This policy applies to all employees and contracted staff of SA Health; that is all employees and contracted staff of the Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW), Local Health Networks (LHNs) including, state-wide services aligned with those Networks and SA Ambulance Service (SAAS).
