Constitution for the Quorn Health Services Health Advisory Council, including membership structures, proceedings, and definitions
Health Advisory Councils provide advice to their local Health Services and to the Minister for Health for Health and Wellbeing.
A major role of the Quorn Health Services Health Advisory Council (HAC) is to relay ideas and views from the community to the local Health Service.

All community members are welcome!
You will be able to ask questions and meet with your local health advisory members, who advocate for new and improved health services on behalf of your local community.
There are also vacancies within the Quorn Health Services Health Advisory Council. Residents of Quorn are invited to apply for the Community Representative positions and applications are welcome from the Aboriginal community of Quorn.
To apply, you can request a nomination form from Caroline Britza via email caroline.britza@sa.gov.au. Nominations must be submitted by Monday, 7 November 2022.
