How to find the Diabetes Centre

We are situated at 8 Woodville Road next to The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Emergency Services Car Park. Contact phone number (08) 8222 6771.

Car parking

There is limited car parking for clients at the rear of the Centre. You will need to get a permit from the receptionist on the day of your appointment.

Traveling in by train (from or to city)

Outer Harbour and Grange train; get off at Woodville Station. Walk 1km, on Woodville Road, past the hospital and look for the first house (Number 8). You can also catch a bus from the train station at Woodville.

Traveling in by bus (from or to city)

Bus stop 21 on Port Road just before Woodville Road, walk south down Woodville Road past the Hospital until you come to Number 8 Woodville Road.
