The Refugee Health Service (RHS) is a specialist state wide health service for newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers in South Australia.
The RHS has been providing primary health care services for refugee and asylum seeking clients for more than 20 years.
The service focuses on new arrival families and individuals with complex health and psycho-social needs.
The service provides:
Vaccines for newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants to Australia are available at no cost under provisions from the Australian Government Department of Healthand are provided through the Newly arrived refugee immunisation program.
Refugees and asylum seekers can also access COVID-19 vaccinations, at the Refugee Health Service (RHS). No Medicare Card required.
