Drinking water quality testing laboratories
Under the Safe Drinking Water Act 2011 drinking water providers are required to use approved laboratories for water quality testing. The list of approved laboratories below includes both National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accredited laboratories and facilities approved by SA Health. Contact the relevant facility directly to confirm any transport or sampling requirements.
NATA accredited laboratories
NATA accredited laboratories are recognised by SA Health as approved laboratories as defined under the Safe Drinking Water Regulations 2012, Regulation 13.
Note that this list is not exhaustive and only includes laboratories that SA Health is aware of. Please refer to the NATA website to determine if other laboratories are NATA accredited.
