This report provides an evaluation of the Food Safety Rating Scheme (FSRS) following its introduction in April 2016.
SA Health, in conjunction with Highfield e-learning and First For Training are proud to present the online food safety training program Understanding Food Safety and Food Safety Programs.
The training is suitable for all staff working in a food business.
Understanding Food Safety and Food Safety Programs aims to provide a broad understanding of food safety, with a focus on serving food to Vulnerable Populations and food businesses that have a food safety program.
The training program consists of 11 modules including:
A discounted fee of $40 per participant, if you register using the SA Health link. Those accessing the course direct through Highfield or First for Training will not be entitled to the discounted rate.
Visit the First for Training registration page, where you will need to register and pay a fee for the course. Once you have registered and paid for the course, an email will be sent to you from Highfield e-learning with a link, login and password.
You will have access to the training for 12 months upon registration.
