SA Pregnancy Record (MR31) Guidelines on maintaining the substantive and only medical record maintained during a woman’s pregnancy
The South Australian Pregnancy Record (SAPR) is available free of charge to all public and private antenatal providers in South Australia.
SAPR, Version 13, January 2021 is now available and all providers are encouraged to place orders for the new version.
Upon receipt of the latest SAPR, sites should destroy the ‘expired’ SAPRs in stock.
