Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) provides a wide range of community and allied health services in the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island regions through Country Health Connect. Our services support the ongoing health and wellbeing of our communities at every stage of life including older people, children, people living with disabilities, and carers, to stay well, active and independent. We strive to ensure our services are inclusive, culturally respectful and responsive to the diverse needs of the communities we serve.
