If you haven’t felt like yourself lately, and it’s starting to affect your relationships or daily life – it’s time to reach out for support.
Getting support as soon as you notice changes can prevent things from getting worse.
At this stage, support is typically provided by a counsellor, peer support worker, or occupational therapist. They will work alongside you to set goals and build the tools you need to improve your wellbeing, so you can focus on what matters most.
In a mental health emergency, call the Mental Health Triage Service on 13 14 65.
If life is in danger, call Triple Zero (000).
