Community Mental Health Services provide person-centred care for people experiencing mental health difficulties, including severe, longer term mental health concerns or those who need immediate support. These support services may be provided by a Psychiatrist, Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist.
