The Wayville COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be closed temporarily on Thursday 7 July for building works. 

This clinic will then operate until Thursday 14 July, closing at 2pm. After this time, you can visit our Get vaccinated page to find an alternative vaccination clinic.

No appointments are required for this clinic (drop-in available).

Wayville COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic provides the:

  • Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccination, 1st and 2nd for people 5-11 years
  • Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccination, 1st and 2nd for people 12 + years
  • Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccination, Booster for people 16+ years
  • Pfizer Covid-19 Winter Dose, please check eligibility requirements

Flu vaccinations

Adults aged 65 years or over are able to receive their flu vaccination at this clinic at the same time as any dose of COVID-19 vaccine, including the winter dose. There is no need to book a separate appointment for your flu vaccine.

Getting vaccinated

SA Health clinics are no longer offering appointment times. To get vaccinated, simply check the opening hours of the clinic, and attend at a time that’s convenient for you.

This vaccination clinic is located at Adelaide Showground, Wayville, SA 5034. Enter via Plaza Gate 1K off Rose Terrace and head to the Duncan Gallery.

How to get to the clinic

By car

Access via Plaza Gate 1K off Rose Terrace and head to the Duncan Gallery.

Free parking is available in car park located on Rose Terrace.

By public transport

Bus

Several bus routes service the Adelaide Showground on Goodwood Road.

Bus stops 1 or 2 on Goodwood Road are most convenient to the Adelaide Showground. It is approximately a 15-minute bus ride to the City.

Pedestrian access is available via Goodwood Road entrance.

Tram

Departs Adelaide from Victoria Square & outside the Adelaide Railway Station every 20 minutes.

The journey takes five minutes to reach Goodwood Road Station, Stop 3. It is then a five-minute walk from the tram stop to the Adelaide Showground.

Pedestrian access is available via Goodwood Road entrance.

Train

Available at all times and located on the south-eastern corner of Anzac Highway and Greenhill Road, Adelaide Showground Station is fully integrated with the Showground to provide a modern station that improves access, visibility, design, safety, and convenience train users.
