Jamestown Hospital and Health Service COVID-19 testing clinic
Drive up Clinic, no appointment required. Medicare card details will be required.
To access the clinic enter via Boucaut Road and follow the signs to the testing location, please remain in your car (do not enter the Hospital), call the hospital on 8664 1406 and ask for the COVID Clinic Nurse, the nursing staff will meet you at your vehicle to complete the test.
After testing, you may be asked to return home and self-isolate until you are contacted with your results.
NOTE: Please do not block driveways as these are used by Emergency Vehicles.
Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency, such as difficulty breathing or chest pain.
The Jamestown Hospital and Health Service COVID-19 testing clinic is open Monday to Sunday, 2:00pm – 3:00pm.
Out of hours
- we recommend patients self-isolate and wait for the testing clinic to open
- if symptoms are severe, call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency, such as difficulty breathing or chest pain.
COVID-19 testing is available to people of all ages.
There is no cost to Medicare eligible patients for COVID-19 testing at SA Health or PHN facilities.
