COVID-19 testing update

More than 500,000 COVID-19 tests have been undertaken in South Australia to date. Thank you to all South Australians for getting tested.

Anyone who develops COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, should seek testing. Find more information and testing locations at Testing for COVID-19.

New COVID-19 case

A woman in her 20s who recently returned from overseas has tested positive to COVID-19. She has been in a medi-hotel since her arrival and there is no public health risk. The result represents an old infection, however, the case will be added to our state tally.

South Australian COVID-19 Cases

  • 1 new cases today
  • 4 active COVID-19 cases
  • 2,585 tests yesterday
  • 502,101 tests in total
  • 476 confirmed cases in total
  • 468 people have recovered from COVID-19
  • 4 COVID-19 related deaths
