Suitable for all mental health clinicians and health practitioners who have completed the Stage 1 (Foundation Knowledge) MHPOD Module: Trauma and Mental Health available at the MHPOD website.
It will be assumed that participants have completed Stage 1 online training before enrolling for this Stage 2 training.
This course is a 3 to 3.5 hour zoom or face to face course.

Workshop aim
The workshop has been developed to provide participants with practical skill(s) application(s) focussing on clinical aspects of trauma informed care practice.
The workshop aims to describe what trauma informed care practice looks and feels like along with: -
- Core principles and frameworks
- Ways to engage
- Promoting and consolidating a shared understanding of trauma informed care practice.
