SALHN Strategic Direction Refresh

The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is taking a fresh look at our strategic plan for the next four years.

Our goal is to ensure we deliver the best possible health outcomes for you, our community.

But we can’t do this alone.

We need our staff, volunteers, consumers, community and partners all to have a say in achieving our vision.

Community Insights Sessions

Your voice matters in shaping our shared future.

We have facilitated public forums with consumers, communities and organisations as well as targeted consultations with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander sector; Aged care sector; Culturally and linguistically diverse sector; and Disability sector.

Thank you to everyone who attended and shared their thoughts and ideas!

Get involved

There is still an opportunity to have your say on how SALHN can deliver care that meets the needs of consumers and communities.

We will be requesting your input at various stages throughout the project to inform the SALHN Strategic Direction 2023-2027. During our first stage you can get involved by reading the draft Strategic Direction and completing a short survey.

Visit YourSAy to find out more.

The survey closes on Thursday, 8 June 2023.

Next steps

We will be launching the SALHN Strategic Direction 2023-2027 this year. Until then, we will be engaging with our consumers and community and considering your feedback.
