Riverland Academy of Clinical Excellence (RACE) Research Framework 2024-2028
The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network’s (RMCLHN) Riverland Academy of Clinical Excellence (RACE) has launched its inaugural RACE Research Framework 2024-2028 (PDF 11295KB).
- The Framework articulates RACE’s vision and mission for research and outlines four core strategies:
- Rural, regional and remote health research
- Research leadership and culture
- Resources towards priority research
- Integration of research into practice.
For each core strategy, we have established goals that will outline our objectives and measures of success.
The framework aligns with RMCLHN’s Strategic Plan 2021-2026 (PDF 8560KB), as well as a number of internal and external facing RMCLHN plans and strategies.
It also forms part of a broader strategic framework for research and rural healthcare in South Australia and nationally, including the SA Rural Medical Workforce Plan 2019-24 (PDF 7585KB) and the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Research Translation Strategy 2022-2025 (PDF 364KB) for health and medical research.
