16 November 2020
Good evening everyone. There are currently 34 active cases of COVID-19 in South Australia. Check out the dashboard for further details. Thank you for your ongoing support and care to your patients. Testing clinics have been very busy today, so we are encouraging only those who are symptomatic and those who are close contacts or have visited an at risk location to get tested. Any issues, please email me at Health.COVID-19GPLiaison@sa.gov.au
13 of today's cases are linked to the Parafield Cluster. In addition, there are three suspected cases in children linked to the cluster. Two cases are hospitalised in stable condition and all the remaining positive cases are in a medi-hotel.
The total number of cases and suspected cases linked to the Parafield Cluster is 19 people.
Five cases reported today are international arrivals who are currently in quarantine in a medi-hotel.
