Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health
Creating health and prosperity for all
The Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health (CEIH) provides leadership and advice on clinical excellence and innovation across South Australia’s health system.
The CEIH works with clinicians, consumers, researchers, health services and system partners to improve health outcomes and experiences for South Australians.
What we do
The CEIH supports health system improvement by:
- strengthening clinical leadership and collaboration
- supporting evidence-based practice and innovation
- using data and insights to guide improvement
- partnering with clinicians, consumers and services to help solve system-wide problems
- sharing and scaling practical improvements across the health system.
We want to connect people, evidence, data and ideas so the health system can make better decisions and improve care.
Statewide Clinical Networks
The CEIH hosts and supports 12 Statewide Clinical Networks.
The networks bring together clinicians, consumers and other experts to provide clinical leadership, share knowledge and support improvement in specific areas of healthcare.
