Adelaide Sexual Health Centre (ASHC), formerly Clinic 275, provides a free and confidential specialist sexual health service for South Australia. This includes medical consultations and advice, testing and treatment for all sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV, on-site laboratory testing, partner notification and support, and much more.

Effective 28th of August we are trialling walk in appointments on Monday's, Tuesday's, Thursday's and Friday's for those who do not show signs of a STI, need PEP or PrEP.

Bookings will be available on Wednesday's.

Visiting Adelaide Sexual Health Centre

Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) Adelaide Sexual Health Centre has changed the way we operate.

  • An appointment is required if you have any signs of a STI or need PEP or PrEP. Call (08) 7117 2800 to speak to a nurse to book appointment.
  • Before booking your appointment please complete the AM I OK self-assessment tool. If you are advised to seek care elsewhere, you will be given options at the end of the self-assessment.
  • Masks are no longer required. If you have recently tested positive to covid or show any signs or symptoms, please call, and discuss with a nurse.

  • Wednesday: 11.15 am to 6.30 pm
  • Thursday: 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm
