Adelaide Sexual Health Centre (formerly Clinic 275) provides a free and confidential specialist sexual health service for South Australia. This includes medical consultations and advice, testing and treatment for all sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV, on-site laboratory testing, partner notification and support, and much more.

Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) Adelaide Sexual Health Centre has changed the way we operate.

  • The clinic is now able to offer face to face appointments. Call (08) 71172800 to speak to a nurse to book and appointment.
  • Before booking your appointment please complete the AM I OK self-assessment tool. If you are advised to seek care elsewhere, you will be given options at the end of the self-assessment.
  • As a healthcare centre, we have a legal requirement to operate the mySAGOV QR check-in system. For more information see the COVID-19 page.
