Most South Australian households are well prepared for the challenges presented by our weather seasons. However we’re often unaware of the things we can do every day to protect our health.
COVID-19 has changed the way we go about our day to day lives and it may mean that we forget to look after our general health. During this pandemic, it is especially important that you keep well and keep connected with your GP to manage your health.
Things you can do to protect your health are to make sure you have your flu vaccination before winter, talk with your GP about having a management plan for chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma, be aware of the signs of heart attack and stroke, and practise good hand hygiene and physical distancing.
