Department of Geriatric and Rehabilitation Medicine
The Department of Geriatric and Rehabilitation Medicine provides inpatient therapy for people with a variety of medical illnesses, placing special emphasis on neurological disorders, particularly strokes.
Orthopaedic, Amputee and Burns Rehabilitation Services
The Orthopaedic, Amputee & Burns Rehabilitation Unit is a 25 bed unit providing inpatient rehabilitation for clients following limb amputation, burns, and orthopaedic surgery and/or trauma, with 70% of these clients falling into the older age group.
South Australia Spinal Cord Injury Service
The South Australian Spinal Cord Injury Service (SASCIS) is a state-wide service providing specialist rehabilitation services for South Australia.
Ambulatory Care Services and Outreach Programs
Specialist Rehabilitation Services are provided with Ambulatory Care:
- physiotherapy
- occupational therapy
- speech pathology
- dietetics
- clinical Psychology
- physical fitness and gymnasium
- hydrotherapy
- social work
- pharmacy.

The South Australia Brain Injury Rehabilitation Services is a South Australian statewide specialist rehabilitation service, which covers South Australia and also provides services for clients from:
