Maitland - Central Yorke Peninsula Hospital COVID-19 drive-through testing site
Instructions
Appointments are no longer required. No referral required.
Drive up clinic, drive in under verandah in the car park (do not enter the hospital), remain in your car, call the hospital on 8832 0100 and ask for the COVID Clinic Nurse, a Nurse will attend to complete the test.
Medicare card details will be required.
Note: Please do not block driveways as these are used by Emergency Vehicles.
Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency, such as difficulty breathing or chest pain.
Opening times
The Central Yorke Peninsula Hospital (Maitland) COVID-19 drive-through testing site is open:
- 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, 7 days.
Out of hours
- we recommend patients self-isolate and wait for the testing clinic to open
- if symptoms are severe, call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency, such as difficulty breathing or chest pain.
Available to
COVID-19 testing is available to people of all ages.
Cost
There is no cost to Medicare eligible patients for COVID-19 testing at SA Health or PHN facilities.
