Research under Riverland Academy of Clinical Excellence research (RACE)

Research at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) encompasses several critical components:

  • Approval: Securing necessary governance and ethical approvals to ensure the research adheres to established national standards and regulations.
  • Monitoring: Continuously overseeing the research process to maintain integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Dissemination: Sharing research findings with the community, clinicians, and participants to ensure transparency and foster collaboration.
  • Translation into practice: Applying research findings in real-world settings to enhance clinical practices and improve consumer outcomes.

Please ensure you discuss your research plans with the RMCLHN Riverland Academy of Clinical Excellence (RACE) Research Unit prior to submissions.

Complete a research proposal using the RMCLHN research proposal form (PDF 754KB) and email it to the RMCLHN research Committee at health.RMCLHNresearchunit@sa.gov.au

Research proposals supported by the RMCLHN Research Committee and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be provided an in principle support letter from RMCLHN to submit with site specific assessment (SSA) documentation.
