The LCLHN Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2026-2030 (PDF 2.6MB) outlines the measurable actions we will take to improve access, inclusion, and equity for people with disability, their families, and carers.
The plan reaffirms our commitment to ensuring all people with disability have the right to be and feel safe, and is aligned to South Australia’s commitment towards achieving an accessible and inclusive state for people with disability.
The LCLHN Disability Access and Inclusion Plan reflects the priorities and goals of the State Disability Inclusion Plan 2025-2029, with a focus on five domain areas:

We have worked closely with staff, consumers, key stakeholders and people with lived experience to ensure the LCLHN Disability Access and Inclusion Plan meets the diverse needs of our communities.
