Eyre and Far North Local Health Network Strategic Plan 2026-2030
Every year, EFNLHN reports on its performance, what it has done and how it is progressing, through an Annual Report, which is launched by the Governing Board at its Annual Public Meeting in December.
EFNLHN'S Annual Reports are available here.
EFNLHN must report monthly on the Gifts and Benefits declared by staff valued at $50 and above, under EFNLHN's Gifts and Benefits Procedure.
EFNLHN must also report on any overseas travel by staff, including its Chief Executive Officer.
Eyre and Far North LHN is dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and their carers, through promoting a disability-friendly approach to our services.
This includes increasing opportunities for engagement and contribution, improving physical access to buildings and facilities, and enhancing disability awareness and understanding among staff and volunteers.
We want people with disability and their carers to be able to access and participate in all aspects of our society, including health services and programs to support quality of life, and the capacity to achieve positive life outcomes.
To this end, we are committed to implementing this Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2023-2026 (PDF 1455KB).
