Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) provides high-quality aged care services across the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, and Kangaroo Island, supporting older people to live safely, comfortably and with dignity, while staying connected to their communities.

Care is person-centred, recognising that every individual has unique needs, preferences and life experiences. Whether support is provided at home, in the community or in a residential setting, the focus is on wellbeing, independence and respectful care that supports quality of life.
