Prescription Stationery Management Policy

The Prescription Stationery Management Policy (PDF 254KB) outlines the mandatory requirements for the management, monitoring and storage of prescription stationery, as well as the reporting requirements in the instance of hospital prescription stationery discrepancies, misuse, loss, or theft.
Applicability
This policy applies to all employees and contracted staff of SA Health; that is all employees and contracted staff of the Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW), Local Health Networks (LHNs) including state-wide services aligned with those Networks and SA Ambulance Service (SAAS).
