Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Bargaining
Negotiations have now concluded in relation to a new Nursing/Midwifery (South Australian Public Sector) Enterprise Agreement 2020 (the proposed agreement).
Employees covered by the Nursing/Midwifery (South Australian Public Sector) Enterprise Agreement 2016 will now have the opportunity to vote in regard to the proposed agreement.
The ballot is being conducted by CiVS, an independent third party voting service, and it will be an electronic ballot. Eligible employees should go to www.civsvote.com and follow the directions to vote.
The ballot will open at 9:00 am on Wednesday 10 June and close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday 24 June 2020.
Eligible employees will need to use their Employee ID and Date of Birth to enter the voting portal.
Please note: if you work across more than one SA Health site you may have more than one Employee ID. If you are unable to log in, please try your other Employee ID. If you are still unable to log in you can contact CiVS to confirm your log in details by calling 1300 798 994 between 10:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
If a majority of employees who vote during the ballot vote in favour of the proposed new agreement, an application will be made to the South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET) for the agreement to be approved.
