The OPAL Network was established to ensure the many learnings from the OPAL program are shared with a range of councils. Councils that have had OPAL and want to continue a health and wellbeing focus or new councils that want to benefit from the experience of OPAL in local government have joined the network and the network continues to grow.

Members of the network have access to: training, over 5000 OPAL projects, OPAL branding, the OPAL methodology and the opportunity to benefit from the collective knowledge of other network members. To date the following councils have joined the OPAL Network:
