The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) provides services for veterans and their
DVA has recently launched a new information line: 1800 MEFLOQUINE (1800 633 567). This phone line is in response to the emerging needs of clients who believe they may have been affected by the use of anti-malarial drugs in the ADF including Mefloquine and Tafenoquine. The phone line is managed by a team of DVA officers who are recognised for their high level of skill and experience in supporting vulnerable clients, and those with complex needs. The focus of this support line is to:
- assist callers with accessing claims and other treatment supports and
- provide details about upcoming consultation sessions to be conducted nationally.

- Medical conditions
- Mental Health, including:

At Ease can help veterans, ADF personnel, and family members identify the symptoms of not coping. At Ease can provide tips, treatment options & resources to help reach out, seek treatment or identify ways to move forward.
