Visiting hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm daily.

Patient entertainment

SA Health is phasing in bedside computers across eight metropolitan and four country public hospitals during 2011-2102 as part of SA Health’s major eHealth strategy. For more information go to our eHealth page.

The computers will provide patients with access to bedside entertainment services on a pre-paid basis once they are installed.

Car parking

Car parks 1 – 5 at the rear of the hospital can be easily accessed via gate 8 on Goodwood Road. You can also access all car parks including the Repat Clinics car park using gate 1 on Daws Road. 

Limited street parking is available on Daws Road with parking restrictions sign posted.

The hospital courtesy car is also available to collect people from pick up points around the hospital between 9.30am and 3.30pm

Please note:

Car parking fees at eight metropolitan hospitals are being standardised at commercial rates. Fees are planned to be introduced at the Repatriation General Hospital in 2012. For more information please see the metropolitan public hospital car parking fees page.

Disabled access

The hospital is accessible for wheelchairs. Car parking spaces for people with disability permits are available in all patient and visitor car parks.
